Main Distribution Boards

Main LT Panel is required to distribute electrical power with branch circuits from downstream of feeder substation to meet end user requirements safely & efficiently throughout the infrastructure with required protection.

General Description

  • Main LT Panels are designed & manufactured in compliance with latest IS / IEC Standards up to 6300A.
  • Form of construction – 3A, 3B, 4A & 4B
  • Degree of ingress protection up to IP 65
  • Rated fault Breaking Capacity up to 100KA / 1sec
  • Tinned Copper Busbar of suitable size with supports of high grade polymer
  • Metering & integration to BMS / external SCADA system for automatic operation; can fall under our scope.
  • Enclosures are of sheet steel, powder coated
SUB-MAIN DISTRIBUTION BOARD
Main Distribution Boards

Sub-Main Distribution Board is required to distribute electrical power with branch circuits from downstream of Main LT Panel to meet end user requirements safely & efficiently throughout the infrastructure with required protection

General Description

  • Sub-Main Distribution Boards are designed & manufactured in compliance with latest IS / IEC Standards up to 800A
  • Form of construction – 2A, 3B
  • Degree of ingress protection up to IP 55
  • Protection release with Short Circuit, Over Current, Thermal Rise, Earth Faults & BMS Optional
  • Fault Breaking Capacity up to 50KA / 1Sec
  • Cable entry can be either from Top / Bottom with removable gland plates as per the site conditions.
  • Tinned Copper Busbar of suitable size with supports of high grade polymer.
  • Enclosure available in Stainless Steel, Sheet Steel, and GRP with Floor / Wall Mounting Configuration.
  • Metering, Indication & automation capability are optional based on project requirement.

Final Distribution Board is required to distribute electrical power with branch circuits from downstream of Sub-Main Distribution Boards to meet end user requirements safely & efficiently with required protection.

Description

  • Final DBs are assembled in accordance with latest IS / IEC Standards and Local Authority Regulations
  • Form of construction – 2A
  • Degree of ingress protection up to IP 54
  • Enclosure in Flush or Surface mounting configuration having single or double door arrangement
  • Fully shrouded in order to ensure safety to the User against electric shock.
  • TPN vertical design available with either MCB or MCCB as incomer
SYNCHRONIZING PANEL

Synchronizing Panel is used to synchronize more than 1 generator to meet power requirement of Load in electrical system

  • Incomer as MCCB / Isolator; Outgoing HRC Fuses or MCCB with Capacitor duty contractors
  • Harmonics reactors to filter the reactive power content of the system for energy efficiency
